Felicia relocated to Northwest Arkansas from Southern California, where she worked in education for 32 years at the San Diego Community College District. She joined the University of Arkansas in June 2010 as a staff member with the Eleanor Mann School of Nursing.

In 2013, she was promoted and joined the staff at the Arkansas Alumni Association.

Not long after, she was again promoted, this time to the World Trade Center Arkansas in Rogers.

She has become an integral part of the team with her numerous years of knowledge and expertise in the areas of fiscal and administrative support as well as event planning and logistics.

Felicia has made NWA her home along with her husband and daughter.
